Attention is
invited to Public Notice dated 30.09.2005 as amended from
time to time, issued under F.No.A-59011/29/2005-Estt
containing the details of CPIOs for various formations of
D.R.I. under the RTI Act, 2005 as per the requirements of
Section 5 (1) of the said Act.
In suppression of earlier
orders and in accordance with the provisions of Section
5(1) and Section 19(1) of the Act, read with the Board's
letter F.No.296/115/2007-CX.9 dated 12.11.2007, the
